Alan Fanning's GTOs

This  1965 "GTO Wagon" has belonged to a friend for many years, 'he' has now migrated from South Dakota to his new home in Nebraska

The Hurst wheels and redline tires have remained with the original owner - but there may be a wheel change in his future!

The power train is pure Pontiac, a 428 with tri-power and Muncie 4 speed transmission

The GTO interior is tastefully done in a parchment color

The wagon shares its new home with my 1967 GTO 2 door hardtop

The 67 has recently had it's 400 motor "freshened" putting out 396 hp and 444 ft lbs. of Pontiac torque on the dyno.

The November 2010 edition of High Performance Pontiac has the following article on the resurrection of this engine - a VERY interesting problem was found!
